Clean and easy 14g boost.
I only became a gym rat after coming to Korea. I\'m always frustrated when I see gym nutrition post from back home in the States because there seems like there are way more options!! When I found Calobye\'s sparkling protein, I was dubiously hopeful. I also wanted to cut down my soft drink intake (for budgeting and for health reasons) but I hadn\'t been able to find something similar to La Croix back home. I love the bubbles. I was so surprised with this protein drink - It is refreshing and easily takes the place of a sparkling water. It is ever so slightly more bitter, but it isn\'t gritty and doesn\'t have the same \'protein\' taste. It makes it so easy to add 14g of protein to any meal, or between meals if I can tell I\'m not going to meet my goals. I always keep an eye out for when these are on sale and stock up. Great for a cut and way easier to get down than a traditional shake. You don\'t need any mixer (milk or water) and don\'t even have to do an extra dish!

맛도 좋고 보관도 편해요.
맛도 진한 초코 맛이고 가격도 좋네요 여기서 파는 쉐이크 3종류 다 먹어봤는데 전부 맛은 좋습니다. 바닐라도 생각보다 훨 맛있더라구요. 요즘은 초코가 젤 가성비 좋아서 자주사먹습니다.
